Established in 1995, JRV Inc. provides high quality freezer/refrigeration solutions to laboratories, hospitals, pharmacies, medical facilitates, blood banks, manufacturers, universities, dairies and wineries. We supply complete lines of under the counter, upright and chest refrigerators and freezers – the latter including moderate cold (-40° C) and ultra cold (-85° C) models. Dan joined the family owned and operated business in 2003 expanding its customer base through lead generation and creating the company’s first website.
Prior to joining JRV, Inc. Dan worked as a school psychologist for thirty years. He currently is an adjunct professor of psychology at Waubonsee Community College. His training in psychology and excellent interpersonal skills provide him with the foundation in establishing productive and successful long term relationships with JRV, Inc.’s customers.
His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Master of Science degree in School Psychology at Illinois State University. He lives with his family in a western suburb of Chicago.

Joe has 30+ years of experience in marketing, sales, and business development. He has worked for IBM, BellSouth, RAM Mobile Data and the State of Maryland in markets ranging from the Federal Government to Wall Street, and including JRV, Inc’s core markets.
Joe’s areas of expertise are developing marketing and business plans, customer segmentation models – including new market identification and selection, new product development, project management, lead generation, channel management and optimizing technology solutions for business challenges.
Joe earned an MBA at Columbia University, an MS in Psychology at Duke University and a B.S. in biology at the University of Illinois.
